Si tratta del preside dell’I.P.S.S.A.R. “P. Piazza” di Palermo, la prof.ssa Maria Frisella, che a detta della Flc-Cgil siciliana avrebbe preso la decisione esclusivamente "perché nella scuola non vi sarebbe un organico di collaboratori scolastici e di assistenti amministrativi sufficiente a garantire un servizio di qualità".
