DDL LAVORO: CHI GUIDA IL PAESE VUOLE TORNARE INDIETRO NEL TEMPO

Il ddl lavoro approvato il 20 ottobre scorso dalla Camera e divenuto legge è l’ennesimo strappo padronale per la cancellazione dei diritti sul lavoro come li conoscevamo.
Rientra in un quadro preciso già delineato da tempo, che è partito dalla cancellazione a inizio legislatura delle norme per la sicurezza sul lavoro, è passato per le deroghe al contratto nazionale delle tante Pomigliano d’Italia, guidate dall’azione aggressiva di Marchionne e giunge ora anche a questa tappa.
Il “collegato lavoro” divenuto legge tra le proteste e le segnalazioni di incostituzionalità della CGIL e la soddisfazione (tanto per cambiare) di CISL e UIL infatti contiene due provvedimenti che si inseriscono perfettamente nella visione autoritaria e ottocentesca del lavoro che sembra animare la nostra classe padronale.

L' arbitrato.
Le controversie sul posto del lavoro (escluso il licenziamento) potranno essere risolte in arbitrato anziché per via giudiziaria, però questa scelta dovrà essere presa dal lavoratore prima che insorga la controversia stessa. La decisione dovrà essere presa dopo il primo mese di lavoro o alla scadenza del periodo di prova. Questo significa porre i lavoratori in condizione di ricattabilità, facendo loro firmare al buio e in un momento delicato del loro inserimento in azienda la rinuncia ad impugnare i propri diritti in tribunale.

L' abbassamento dell’obbligo scolastico in favore dell’apprendistato.
Ancora più retrivo forse è il provvedimento sull’apprendistato, che riporta davvero il nostro paese culturalmente e socialmente indietro di decenni. L’ultimo anno di scuola dell’ obbligo infatti potrà essere sostituito con un anno di apprendistato nel mondo del lavoro, abbassando l’età dell’obbligo scolastico a 15 anni e trasformando potenzialmente dei ragazzini in forza lavoro sottopagata e senza strumenti di auto-difesa.
Insomma, se solo pochi anni fa si stava aprendo un dibattito sulla possibilità di portare l’obbligo scolastico ai 18 anni…in pochi mesi questo governo l’ha ridotto a 15.
Proprio quando si fa più chiaro che le prospettive per la ripresa risiedono negli investimenti sulla ricerca, sullo sviluppo, sull’ avanzamento sociale, chi guida questo paese decide di fare un salto indietro nel tempo verso un classismo ottocentesco, disinvestendo in formazione, contraendo il potere d’acquisto. Il progetto del governo (ministro dello sfruttamento Sacconi in testa) e di Confindustria è l’ opposto delle riforme, è la restaurazione: sempre più un regolamento di conti con la storia delle conquiste dei diritti che ha caratterizzato i decenni della Repubblica e che porterà ad una Italia più povera, in competizione con la Serbia anziché con la Germania o la Francia.
Un progetto di parte, segnatamente di parte, portato avanti da un governo che non rappresenta gli interessi del popolo ma si inserisce nella lotta di classe portata avanti con ferocia oggi dalla classe padronale che ha come scopo principale uscire indenne e possibilmente arricchita dalla crisi.
È anche da questo che traiamo la nostra convinzione, sempre più radicata, della necessità di una ripresa di questa lotta di classe anche da parte dei lavoratori, con maggiore forza e unità rispetto al passato, a partire dall’organizzazione una volta per tutte dello sciopero generale che ha chiesto ormai formalmente la FIOM lo scorso 16 ottobre.

Sono nata a Siena ma vivo a Firenze.

Quanti anni hai?

Lavori o studi? Che genere di lavoro o studio?

 Lavoro metà tempo in Oxfam Italia su progetti di cooperazione internazione (turismo nell'area balcanica) e metà tempo 

 come libera professionista, consulente a  progetti di comunicazione per la regione toscana.  

   Cosa ti piace fare nel tuo tempo libero? hai degli hobby? Quali sono i tuoi interessi?   

 Nel tempo libero cammino nella natura, leggo, vedo i pochi ma buoni amici di sempre e sto con la famiglia. 

   Da quanto collabori con Oxfam Italia?   

 Ho iniziato a collaborare con Oxfam nel 2007, come volontaria in un campo di lavoro in Repubblica Dominicana. 

   Perchè hai deciso di farlo?   

 Non c'è una risposta unitaria a questa domanda, semplicemente sono entrata e mi sono sentita me stessa,     coinvolta in

  How much time do you spend on average Oxfam in Italy in a week?  

 As volunteers are committed to meeting every three weeks with my group plus additional time between phone calls, emails etc.. in the middle.

  How many people make up your own group? Who am I?  

 currently consists of six people: two students, a recent graduate, a girl who works with children, an activist in 

 Arci Florence and once a member of Oxfam, a bank with a thousand resources ... in short, is a diverse and motivated group 

 that is widening.     

  What were, in your opinion, your best efforts?  

 The fundraising dinner for Haiti because there was a strong motivation and good organizational skills of the group. And we enjoyed a lot! 

  How did the last places in solidarity?  

 Pretty good (apart from a bit of rain), in Piazza dei Ciompi there was a nice ride and we found new potential volunteers. What are your plans

Da sei mesi (Aprile 2010) perchè vorrei allargare e sviluppare il gruppo di Roma.

Per te cosa vuol dire fare il coordinatore?

Significa creare un gruppo con delle persone legate ad esso che condividono dei valori in cui credono.

Da sei/sette persone.

Quali sono state, a tuo giudizio, le vostre migliori iniziative?

Continuerà il diverbio fra i rappresentanti degli studenti e quelli delle istituzioni, fra sindacati e dirigenti, fra la politica e i volti dei tanti laurendi volenterosi. Sicuramente la questione non si chiude qui, con l'amarezza di chi, pur nella condivisione di un ideale, vorrebbe più semplicemente completare con legittima serenità il proprio percorso di studi.

in recent days are running out (or have already expired) the contracts of temporary workers (former LSU Co.Co.Co., etc. ..) to public bodies (municipalities, provinces, etc. ..) instrumental bodies of the Region (ASL, FIRA services, Arta, etc ...) and the region itself.

Faced with the problem we are seeing for two years now reversing the trend set in place for all center-right government, compresa la Regione Abruzzo, che decidono di lavarsi le mani dal problema, mandando a casa tutti i precari dopo anni e anni di lavoro, sottopagato e senza tutele e garanzie, lavoro con cui hanno assicurato spesso servizi importanti per la collettività (CUP, Centri per l’Impiego, Uffici pubblici, Assistenza sociale, ecc..).

Rilevato che

tali atti scellerati da parte delle Amministrazioni interessate vanno in contrasto con la volontà espressa dall’ultimo Governo Prodi, che aveva delineato possibili percorsi di stabilizzazione per questo personale, che da tanti anni aveva servito la Pubblica Amministrazione nella speranza, ormai maturata nel lungo tempo, (e quindi giustificati!), di una stabilizzazione.

In questi giorni vi è una accelerazione dei licenziamenti come avviene a Pescara con i 66 precari della Provincia e tra gli enti strumentali della Regione, come sta per avvenire alla FIRA.

Rilevato che

non può non essere evidenziato il fatto che tutto questo personale nel corso degli anni, mentre da una parte aveva acquisito professionalità ed esperienza nelle attività svolte, dall’altro, con il passare degli anni, perdeva l’opportunità di accedere ad altri concorsi e/o iniziare nuove attività autonome.

Non può non considerarsi anche il fatto che lo Stato, la Regione e gli Enti vari, servendosi del lavoro di questi precari da un lato hanno risolto i problemi Creates with repeated freeze on hiring, perpetrated by the various Finance Acts, they have also created expectations in these works more than justified.
