Emergency Precarious
the undersigned Antonio Saia Regional Council of the Party of Italian Communists. Given that
in recent days are running out (or have already expired) the contracts of temporary workers (former LSU Co.Co.Co., etc. ..) to public bodies (municipalities, provinces, etc. ..) instrumental bodies of the Region (ASL, FIRA services, Arta, etc ...) and the region itself.
Faced with the problem we are seeing for two years now reversing the trend set in place for all center-right government, compresa la Regione Abruzzo, che decidono di lavarsi le mani dal problema, mandando a casa tutti i precari dopo anni e anni di lavoro, sottopagato e senza tutele e garanzie, lavoro con cui hanno assicurato spesso servizi importanti per la collettività (CUP, Centri per l’Impiego, Uffici pubblici, Assistenza sociale, ecc..).
Rilevato che
tali atti scellerati da parte delle Amministrazioni interessate vanno in contrasto con la volontà espressa dall’ultimo Governo Prodi, che aveva delineato possibili percorsi di stabilizzazione per questo personale, che da tanti anni aveva servito la Pubblica Amministrazione nella speranza, ormai maturata nel lungo tempo, (e quindi giustificati!), di una stabilizzazione.
In questi giorni vi è una accelerazione dei licenziamenti come avviene a Pescara con i 66 precari della Provincia e tra gli enti strumentali della Regione, come sta per avvenire alla FIRA.
Rilevato che
non può non essere evidenziato il fatto che tutto questo personale nel corso degli anni, mentre da una parte aveva acquisito professionalità ed esperienza nelle attività svolte, dall’altro, con il passare degli anni, perdeva l’opportunità di accedere ad altri concorsi e/o iniziare nuove attività autonome.
Non può non considerarsi anche il fatto che lo Stato, la Regione e gli Enti vari, servendosi del lavoro di questi precari da un lato hanno risolto i problemi Creates with repeated freeze on hiring, perpetrated by the various Finance Acts, they have also created expectations in these works more than justified.
