A little more than a year after the first part of the Codacons class action against the public administration, applied to schools, the TAR of Lazio rejected the so-called 'class-henhouse' those classrooms in which the number of students exceeds the limits prescribed by law, and intimate to the Ministry of Economy and Ministry of Education to submit within 120 days of a general plan for redevelopment of school able to secure the classrooms to prevent formation of classes to 35 or even extreme cases of nearly 40 students each.
