Studenti allontanati dalla nuova casa dello studente

Premesso che
l’azienda per il Diritto allo Studio dell’Aquila nei giorni scorsi ha assunto un grave provvedimento punitivo nei confronti di 8 studenti;
Tale provvedimento consiste nell’espulsione dalla nuova Casa dello Studente e della revoca dell’assegno di studio agli 8 studenti, pena comminata per il solo fatto di aver fumato una sigaretta presso la Sala Studio della struttura, e nei giorni precedenti era stata espulsa una ragazza per aver usato un fornellino elettrico.
Sottolineato che
le più comuni regole giuridiche dovrebbero insegnare a tutti che la pena deve essere sempre commisurata alla irregolarità commessa, mentre nel caso specifico vi è una enorme ed evidente sproporzione.
Rilevato infine che
alcuni degli 8 studenti, così severamente puniti, sono extracomunitari, potrebbe nascere il sospetto che sulla decisione abbia potuto incidere anche una discriminazione di tipo razzista.
INTERPELLANO
il Presidente della Regional Council and Alderman Regional Right to Education, to know:
1. If you are aware of the facts as represented and express opinion on the conduct adopted by the management company for the right to L'Aquila.
2. If the decision is a personal act of the Director of the Company for the right to Aquila or whether it was an order signed by the entire board of directors.
3. If you do not consider that the sentences handed down to 8 students and the girl is absolutely incomprehensible and disproportionate to the nature of the irregularities (which certainly can not be regarded as a crime).
4. If you do not consider it appropriate and urgent action against the leadership of the Company for the Right to Eagle to ask for the immediate lifting of the measure taken against the 8 students and the girl, and the restoration to them of the benefits withdrawn (if any punitive action in the case turning into a fine, certainly much milder and not commensurate with minor irregularities).
