Premesso che
l’azienda per il Diritto allo Studio dell’Aquila nei giorni scorsi ha assunto un grave provvedimento punitivo nei confronti di 8 studenti;
Tale provvedimento consiste nell’espulsione dalla nuova Casa dello Studente e della revoca dell’assegno di studio agli 8 studenti, pena comminata per il solo fatto di aver fumato una sigaretta presso la Sala Studio della struttura, e nei giorni precedenti era stata espulsa una ragazza per aver usato un fornellino elettrico.
Sottolineato che
le più comuni regole giuridiche dovrebbero insegnare a tutti che la pena deve essere sempre commisurata alla irregolarità commessa, mentre nel caso specifico vi è una enorme ed evidente sproporzione.
Rilevato infine che
alcuni degli 8 studenti, così severamente puniti, sono extracomunitari, potrebbe nascere il sospetto che sulla decisione abbia potuto incidere anche una discriminazione di tipo razzista.
INTERPELLANO
il Presidente della Regional Council and Alderman Regional Right to Education, to know:
1. If you are aware of the facts as represented and express opinion on the conduct adopted by the management company for the right to L'Aquila.
2. If the decision is a personal act of the Director of the Company for the right to Aquila or whether it was an order signed by the entire board of directors.
3. If you do not consider that the sentences handed down to 8 students and the girl is absolutely incomprehensible and disproportionate to the nature of the irregularities (which certainly can not be regarded as a crime).
4. If you do not consider it appropriate and urgent action against the leadership of the Company for the Right to Eagle to ask for the immediate lifting of the measure taken against the 8 students and the girl, and the restoration to them of the benefits withdrawn (if any punitive action in the case turning into a fine, certainly much milder and not commensurate with minor irregularities).

Consolidated Rules emoluments and pension payable to the Regional Councillors and the general operating expenses of the groups board."
Law 40/2010 provides for the suspension of the check to the annuity regional directors who leave the office or are part of the Regional Council are appointed as members of the Regional Council of Abruzzo, or elected to the Italian or European parliaments, or the Council or the Regional Government of another region.
This Act proposed to extend the suspension of the check if the annuity holder is appointed President, Vice President or member of the boards or statutory or constituent of the supervisory board, or the Director General of Public Employees by Region, consortia, agencies or regional companies.
To avoid that they may have a double benefit, first as a pension for his work in the Regional Council, the second as a reward for his new position, then the annuity is suspended until the end of the charge.
This would enable the Abruzzo region in this case to obtain a financial savings.

Il giorno dopo la telefonata, quando ormai Stati Uniti, Francia e Germania avevano dichiarato di n abbandonare Gheddafi, l'Italia si è messa in linea con il mondo ed ha salutato l'amico Muammar.
La domanda è questa: perchè non siamo riusciti noi ad imporre una linea all'occidente, ma abbiamo dovuto seguire le scelte di chi ha meno conoscenza del "dossier Libia" e soprattutto è meno esposto ai rischi di migrazione di massa rispetto all'Italia?
Certamente è vero che, come diceva Andreotti, "i vicini non possiamo sceglierceli noi", ma l'Italia è pronta a pensare che la politica estera non si faccia solo con le pacche sulle spalle?

E la parte finale di questa legislatura non fa altro che confermarmi queste perplessità. A tutto ciò si aggiunge il decadimento morale del quale il Presidente del consiglio è protagonista, in special modo per gli ultimi scandali sessuali.
Di sicuro l’elemento che ha accentuato il mio rancore è stata la nomina a coordinatrice dei giovani dell’On. Annagrazia Calabria , che mai ha dimostrato prova di militanza nel movimento giovanile e ha ufficialmente riconosciuto il velinismo come criterio per fare strada nella Giovane Italia.
Militanza significa passione, azione, sacrificio, impegno quotidiano per la strada e tra la gente. Significa sapersi mettere in gioco e preferire alla carica istituzionale il rapporto con il popolo, per il popolo.
Significa amare la politica per quello che può fare, non per quello che può darti.
Proprio per questo ho ritenuto giusto lasciare i miei incarichi di responsabile nazionale della scuola e di dirigente nazionale della Giovane Italia, per iniziare a pensare ad una Italia che valorizzi i giovani e il merito nel periodo post-berlusconiano.

Oggi voglio parlare di due iniziative editoriali messe in piedi da validi giovani, una realizzata al nord, un'altra al sud.
La prima è organizzata dal coordinamento Giovane Italia di Cremona e dalla brava Claudia Bertoglio. Si chiama "la voce del militante" ed è una newsletter mensile del coordinamento cittadino di Giovane Italia. Voglio pubblicare la prima pagina del primo numero che descrive bene il "perchè" di Giovane Italia.
Accanto a questa lodevole iniziativa, voglio raccontare anche dei miei amici di Santa Maria a Vico, che hanno messo sù l'associazione AGS-Associazione Giovani Santamariani which aims to empower young protagonists of the municipality in the province of Caserta.

In memory of Jan Palach
Quarantadue anni fa, nella occupata città di Praga, uno studente ventunenne (proprio come me e come tutti quelli della classe '89) si è dato fuoco.
Il suo nome era Jan Palach e per non continuare a vivere da schiavo sotto i carri armati di Mosca ha deciso di morire da uomo libero, bruciandosi in piazza Venceslao, una delle piazze principali della capitale ceca.
Compì l'estremo sacrificio per gridare la propria libertà.
Lo scorso 29 novembre passeggiando per quella piazza dove Jan svuotò le lattine di benzina per darsi fuoco, ho avvertito dal vivo ricordo degli abitanti di Praga quanto un giovane, un semplice ventenne, potesse cambiare il corso degli eventi di una intera nazione.
Credo che Jan debba essere considerato da noi giovani del terzo millennio un eroe, un riferimento morale, un uomo che con il suo esempio è da innalzare agli onori della storia della ex Cecoslovacchia e del mondo.
Pensare a ciò che fece questo inerme studente ci dovrebbe aiutare a rimuovere, almeno per la giornata odierna, i falsi miti di queste giovani generazione caratterizzati non dalla profondità del pensiero o dalla lungimiranza delle azioni, ma dalla lunghezza della minigonna, dalla cilindrata di un motore, dall'essere letterine o tronisti.

Le scrivo a seguito della composizione del direttivo cittadino del mio partito, il Popolo della Libertà, che ho appreso a mezzo stampa.

Dall'inizio dell'anno prossimo è necessario compiere un salto di qualità, proseguire l'opposizione sociale, costruire lo sciopero generale e mettere in campo un profilo programmatico di alternativa a partire dalla piattaforma della Fiom e dalle esperienze sociali che hanno condotto le lotte in questi mesi.
Per quanto ci riguarda, lavoreremo generosamente senza risparmiarci in questa direzione. Mi fa piacere presentare la tessera 2011 della Fgci in un giorno come questo, una tessera che ci accompagnerà lungo la costruzione del soggetto generazionale unitario.
